After 27 years in IT business development, I’ve learned that success is less about keeping up with the latest technology and more about staying curious, adaptable, and deeply connected to people. My career has taken me
across industries and around the globe — from exploring the Brazilian Amazon and hiking Machu Picchu to experiencing an African safari. Those adventures taught me to embrace new perspectives, welcome change, and find inspiration in unexpected places.
These days, my journeys are a bit closer to home as I crisscross the U.S. with my two dogs and travel trailer.
Having worked remotely for many years, I’ve grown to appreciate the freedom and clarity that come with choosing how and where I work.
Recently, an unexpected early retirement gave me the push to reimagine what I wanted the next chapter of my life to look like. I call it “Career 2.0” — a chance to blend decades of experience with new challenges and more meaningful work.
That’s what led me to Career Ownership Coaching™. Over the years, I’ve watched countless professionals feel stuck, unfulfilled, or unsure of what’s next. I’ve also seen how transformative it can be when someone gains clarity, confidence, and control over their future. Now, I help people explore new career paths — including business ownership — so they can create a life and work experience that aligns with their values, goals, and sense of purpose.
My mission is simple: to guide others toward possibilities they may not have realized existed, and to support them as they build their own version of a “Career 2.0.”
